Frank has broad experience as an IP attorney, inventor and in management of start-ups. Previously, Frank was Co-Founder/CTO of Panthera MedTech and its spin-out, Panther Orthopedics and VP of IP & Advanced Techology for Nfocus Neuormedical.

Frank began his legal career in the Life Sciences Group in the Palo Alto office of Morrison & Foerster. After gaining substantial patent litigation and IP due-diligence experience at Morrison & Foerster, he joined the Bozicevic patent firm to focus on patent prosecution and opinion matters. Frank is admitted to the USPTO and the California Bar. He received his law degree from Santa Clara University Law School (earning its High-Tech Law Certificate) and B.A. (Art History)/B.S. (Mechanical Engineering) from Stanford University.
